Are you an experienced QA professional with a strong background in GCP and currently residing in Italy?
Join Arithmos, a global player in the life sciences sector, offering consultancy and digital solutions to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, to help them stay audit-ready and compliant.
About the role:As a GCP Auditor and Consultant, you will manage Quality Assurance Services projects to be delivered to our Clients in Italy: GCP audits, client’s QA role, SOPs development/review, QMS assessment, and delivery of trainings.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:Conduct client audits and prepare relevant reports, ensuring audit and inspection readiness.
Collaborate with the QA Director to coordinate and manage external auditors effectively.
Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet client requirements and ensure compliance as internal QA.
Oversee daily interactions and service delivery activities involving all staff members.
Track compliance metrics.
Knowledge andQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in life science disciplines
Fluent in Italian and English
GCP regulations and Auditing qualifications
The resource should be in compliance with the 2011 Italian Decree on CRO
Computer System Validation knowledge is considered a bonus
Experience:At least 5 years of experience as a GCP QA Consultant and Auditor
Skills and Abilities:Excellent communication skills and ability to be concise in sharing information with operative audiences
Proven ability to develop and maintain a high-quality working relationship with a wide range of contacts
At ease in a multicultural environment and availability to travel
