Jr Regional Sales Territory Manager, Italy Position Overview
In charge of supporting Regional Sales Territory Managers, gaining a good understanding of the Company’s medical device business and developing customer relationships within the assigned territory.
- Promote Company’s products in the assigned territory.
- Support Sales Team in their territories and become responsible for:
- Provide clinical and technical support to physicians during cases.
- Effectively communicate the Company’s clinical study data to physicians.
- Maintain and manage the equipment in the assigned territory (e.g., consignment, trunk stock, as applicable).
- Coordinate customer consignment contracts and tenders as applicable.
- Maintain and strengthen the relationship with local associations as applicable.
- Conduct trainings and presentations for medical staff and continuously monitor customer requirements and satisfaction levels.
- Integrate with Customer Service and other functional departments.
- Collect and analyze regional commercial activities, including competitive strategy and market trends.
- Represent the Company in meetings, congresses, and events.
- Attend and participate in regular group and individual meetings designed to acquire or skills and learn about new products or sales programs.
- Actively promote team building within the department.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, adhere to the Quality Management processes and requirements, and demonstrate ethics and integrity in all matters at all organizational levels.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Master or Bachelor of Science in Medical Device Technology or Biomedical Sciences/Engineering.
- Medical background as a certified or licensed professional (e.g., registered, medical technician, etc.).
- Team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel.
- Technical understanding and ability to explain complex products in a comprehensible way.
- Good organizational skills.
- Self‑starter mindset.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data and information.
- Good presentation skills with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good English language skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Relevant internship or similar professional experience.
- Familiarity with neuroradiology, radiology, or cardiology.
