Field Application Engineer; m​/f​/d Italy

Your Tasks

• Solutions Architect or FAE for Automotive, Transportation, Industrial Automation customers, mainly in Europe and Middle East
• Technical interface and contact for customers and internal project teams
• Customer site technical product and solution presentation and demonstration
• Technical trainings for customers and partners incl. product set-up and installation
• Understand customer requirements and corresponding documentation including ROM and DoW preparation
• Preparation of technical documentation for pre-sales, sales and marketing
• Share customer feedback and indicated product requirements within SYSGO to support definition and implementation of a marquet segment strategy
• Help to prepare and participate at events like exhibitions and roadshows

• Bachelor in Electrical or Software Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in embedded systems/software development, support, test or validation
• Experienced with embedded system development (Linux/RTOS/Hypervisor/POSIX)
• Automotive, Transportation systems and/or Industrial Automation experience in intelligent or connected devices
• Ability to work with internal and external contacts across multiple disciplines and levels, including executive level
• Fluent in English
