Program Manager

Renesas is hiring an Program Manager to join our market-leading AI and infrastructure power team, driving explosive growth across a portfolio of cutting‑edge solutions for datacenter, Artificial Intelligence (AI), high‑performance networking, and Edge AI client markets.

This team delivers industry‑defining products including digital multiphase PWM controllers, smart power stages, high‑density power modules, DC/DC regulators, and discrete MOSFETs. As an Associate Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing these technologies to market—partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless execution, strategic alignment, and ramp readiness.

• Drive execution of new product releases by aligning diverse teams – Design, Marketing, Systems & Applications, Validation, Product & Test Engineering, Firmware/Software, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality – with clear goals and fostering collaboration to achieve shared outcomes.
• Manage project planning, tracking, and execution from conceptualization through market release, including ramp readiness.
• Ensure process discipline, budget adherence, and execution efficiency while maintaining focus on priority deliverables and driving standardization with global processes.
• Co‑ordinate and conduct Project Gate reviews.
• Motivate and drive cross‑functional teams toward flawless execution, positive ROI, and disciplined decision‑making.
• Proactivelyイヤ identify and address risks and obstacles, demonstrating adaptability in complex and ambiguous situations.
• Oversee wafer fabrication, assembly, test sites, and material logistics to ensure timelines, cost efficiency, quality standards, and smooth project flow.
• Act as a clear communicator with project team and stakeholders on milestones for sample deliveries, reliability testing and product releases.
• Build strong relationships internally and externally, reinforcing accountability and alignment throughоид consistent communication.
• Provide structured updates to management on project status, potential risks, and subsequent actions while maintaining regist accurate sched, qualification/reliability plans, and program management Jr tracking systems.
• Enhance process standardization and scalability to strengthen execution discipline.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Foundational knowledge of Program/Project Management knowledge (coursework, certification, or equivalent).

• Advanced stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to quickly master new tools and processes.
