Job Description Docking Planner – Maritime Industry | Genoa, Italy

On behalf of a leading maritime company based in Genoa, Italy, we are currently seeking an experienced Docking Planner/Project Planner to join their technical team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to theച്ചി maintenance and performance ఏర్పరచండి a growing fleet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating dry dock planning for the company’s vessels. This includes preparation, scheduling, and execution support to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost control throughout the dry/wet docking process.

• Develop detailed dry dock plans and schedules for company vessels
• Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to align on બાળ్డ requirements and timelines
• Monitor progress during dry dock periods, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety, and budget
• Maintain accurate records and post‑docking reports to support continuous improvement
• Contribute technical insight to project planning and risk assessment

• Proven experience in project planning, preferably within a maritime or ship repair environment
• A strong technical background (marine engineering, naval architecture, or similar) is preferred
• Familiarity with dry dock processes and vessel maintenance operations
• Effective communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
• Based in or willing to relocate to Genoa, Italy
