** The Role
** As a
** Customer Service Associate,
** you will be part of the
** EMEA Customer Service team**, where you will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer requests. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring a positive and smooth experience throughout the sales and after-sales cycle.
** Key responsibilities*
* * Manage commercial relationships with assigned foreign customers.
* Collaborate with company departments (production, administration, logistics, and shipping, quality control) to meet customer requests.
* Support the Sales team in the operational management of customers.
* Participate in the organization and management of internal and external company events.
* Enter and monitor customer orders.
* Manage after-sales activities: resolving issues related to shipping, products, complaints, returns, and warranties.
* Ensure proper administrative management and maintaining commercial relationships.
* Independent management of shipments: contacting carriers, preparing documentation (packing lists, customs clearance, non-EEC shipments), invoicing.
* Payment reminders.
* First-level technical support to customers in collaboration with the technical team.

* *
* Experience:
Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar customer service or order management role.
* Education:
Master’s degree in foreign Languages, preferably with a specialization in economics or business.
* Languages:
Fluency in English and German is essential. Knowledge of another foreign language is desirable.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing tools.
* Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.
* Strong customer focus and results orientation.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
