Overview

Six Senses is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Cluster Reservations Agent to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all reservations across our properties, delivering personalized service that reflects our brand values of wellness, sustainability, and emotional hospitality.

Operational Ownership

The Cluster Reservations Agent is responsible for the accurate and efficient management of all reservations. This includes handling individual and group bookings, processing reports, maintaining guest data, and ensuring that every reservation meets brand and service standards. They also support the Cluster Reservations Manager in maximizing occupancy and revenue, manage overbooking situations, assist with rate strategies, and communicate professionally with travel partners, guests, and internal departments.

• Process and manage all room reservations efficiently and accurately.
• Handle special requests, group bookings, and room allocations.
• Update and maintain all reservation systems and reports.
• Support the Cluster Reservations Manager in achieving occupancy and rate targets.
• Maintain guest profiles and ensure data accuracy.
• Promote and upsell resort, spa, and dining facilities.
• Ensure service excellence and proactive communication with guests and partners.
• Adhere to Six Senses’ operational, wellness, and sustainability standards.

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a reservations or similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
• Passionate about sustainability, wellness, and guest satisfaction.
• Professional, courteous, and collaborative attitude with a proactive mindset.
