La risorsa riporterà al Customer Service Team Leader. Gestirà i clienti nazionali e supporterà il team nella gestione del mercato estero. Nello specifico, si occuperà di:
- inserimento degli ordini;
- assistenza ai clienti;
- interfaccia con i dipartimenti aziendali e con le filiali;
La risorsa ideale ha maturato un'esperienza minima di 1 anno nel ruolo.
La conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese rappresenta un requisito fondamentale.
Completano il profilo: ottime doti relazionali e comunicative.
