Base pay rangeMercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Food Delivery Platform, with the chance to work in beautiful Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for food and exceptional customer service skills. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist Italian‑speaking customers in navigating their orders and inquiries seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries regarding food orders, delivery schedules, and service‑related questions via phone, email, and chat in Italian
- Provide detailed information about menu items, promotions, and delivery options
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with their orders and ensure prompt resolutions
- Resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow‑up
- Collaborate with delivery personnel and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay informed about food and beverage trends to better assist customers and offer suggestions
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the food or hospitality industry
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, customer‑oriented attitude
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capability to handle high‑pressure situations
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple inquiries in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
