Scope of the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager. This role requires fluency in Italian and either French or English to support an international clientele effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support Excellence: Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver exceptional support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with the company’s service standards.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers while coordinating seamlessly with French or English-speaking teams.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine customer service workflows to enhance response times and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Analyze feedback, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements to exceed customer expectations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve complex customer issues or escalations promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Languages: Native-level fluency in Italian and fluency in either French or English (both languages are a strong advantage).
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a leadership role. Experience in the real estate or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer support systems.
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Organizational and multitasking skills in a remote setting.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
