We’re searching for a driven, ambitious teammate to help accelerate AMbelievable’s strong global growth and support our challenging international expansion targets
.

As our Business Development lead, you’ll play a key role in expanding our international footprint by connecting with distributors, wholesalers, and strategic commercial partners around the world. You will own the full sales cycle
, demonstrate strong strategic thinking
, and apply both hard and soft negotiation skills to secure long‑term, high‑value partnerships.

This role involves frequent international travel
, as you’ll be meeting partners, attending industry events, and opening new markets firsthand.

Customer Relationship Personal Evolution Autonomy Administrative Work Technical Expertise Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to distributors, wholesalers, and partners worldwide.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, closing, and follow‑up.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with international partners.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create presentations, brochures, pitch decks, and sales tools.
  • Analyze markets, competitors, and trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and commercial documentation.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events when relevant
Must Have
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Proactive attitude, strategic mindset, and strong results orientation.
  • Valid work permit for Italy
  • Passion for Sport.
  • Willing to work in a Startup environment.
Nice to have
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • At least one additional language
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • experience in the sports industry or B2B distribution networks.
