First‑class quality, innovations and our own design and development department for high‑quality paper packaging make us an ideal partner for private labels as well as well‑known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry.

We are looking for 1 highly proactive sales colleague for Paper Packaging (B2B) in Italy.

• Strengthening and improving the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.
• Build strong and effective business relations with the customer base.
• Managing sales and supporting processes to ensure company profitability.
• Working cross‑functionally with the team in Europe and with our colleagues in China.
• Reporting sales activities weekly and monthly.
• Business travel to customers and to our market related fair or event.

• Minimum 2 years B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the paper packaging industry (customers are from sectors like cosmetics, fragrance, wine & spirits, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).

• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic/allocated country and in English
• Solid computer skills using MS Office software
• Driving licence
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills
• Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets

• Home‑Office
• Performance‑related salary (basis + bonus) and a wage rise annually possible

• Extensive induction and training in Germany / China / France
• Experienced sales colleagues to support you even after the induction period
