Teva Global Operations (TGO) is seeking an analytically sharp, execution-focused leader to join its Strategy Development & Deployment team. This role will be critical in driving cross-functional analysis, structured problem-solving, and governance processes that enable TGO’s transformation agenda. The individual will conduct deep analysis across multiple functions, apply consulting frameworks to solve complex problems, and deliver executive-ready insights for senior leadership.
The role will also manage initiative tracking and performance dashboards, monitor industry and technology trends, and provide benchmarking to inform strategic decisions. This highly collaborative position requires strong analytical capabilities, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment while driving continuous improvement and best practices.
How you’ll spend your day- Cross-functional analysis: Conduct structured analysis on topics spanning multiple functions (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, HR) to develop data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions
- Structured problem solving: Utilize frameworks for problem-solving, prioritization, and scenario planning, support structured workshops and alignment sessions across senior leadership
- Executive communication & presentation development: Distill complex information into concise narratives for senior stakeholders and draft clear, compelling slides and reports for Executive Management (EM) meetings and leadership forums
- Governance & Tracking: Support streamlined tracking and reporting of transformation initiatives, maintain dashboards and performance metrics to monitor progress, assist in preparing materials for governance forums and business reviews
- Industry & Technology Intelligence: Monitor and track industry developments, competitor moves, and technology trends. Maintain a repository of intelligence e.g., site divestments/investments, emerging technology trends across functions, benchmarking based on annual reports/10k. Provide periodic summaries and insights to inform strategic planning and leadership discussions and bring an “outside-in” perspective through benchmarking and best practices

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Analytical & Consulting Expertise: 3 - 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business analysis roles. Strong ability to structure problems, apply consulting frameworks, and deliver actionable insights
- Cross-functional program coordination: Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple functions and regions. Skilled at managing deliverables and interdependencies in a matrixed setting
- Financial & business acumen: Understanding of financial principles and operational drivers. Comfortable working with budgets, business cases, and performance data to support executive insights and decision-making
