As a Price Strategy Specialist, you will play a central role within the Trade & Shopper Marketing function, acting as a key reference point for pricing and trade-related decisions across the modern trade channel. You will combine strong business acumen with a solid understanding of pricing, promotional levers and market dynamics, contributing to strategic decisions that impact product launches, volumes, stock management and overall business performance.
The role has a strong P&L orientation, with the objective of improving the profitability shape of brands through an efficient and effective management of commercial and trade investments. You will act as a true business partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain, operating in a collaborative, data-driven and cross‑functional environment.

Main Responsibilities:

You will lead and support pricing and trade analysis activities, guiding price and promotional decisions while maintaining an integrated view of all commercial levers and their impact on volumes, margins and P&L. You will analyze sell‑in and sell‑out data, extracting insights to monitor performance, price effectiveness, promotional efficiency and return on investment.
You will track market trends, competitive dynamics and customer performance, providing recommendations on price positioning, trade margins, promotional strategies and investment allocation. You will work closely with Sales on commercial negotiations, with Marketing on launches, trade marketing and shopper initiatives, and with Finance to ensure consistency between pricing, promotional plans and financial targets.
You will evaluate promotional ROI, contribute to the definition of promotional guidelines, targets and investment frameworks, and support strategic decision‑making through clear, structured and actionable insights. Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint will be essential to translate complex data into impactful recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

About You:

You bring 2 to 3 years of experience in a commercial, pricing, trade marketing or similar analytical role, with a solid understanding of modern trade (GDO) dynamics and different customer typologies. You have strong analytical skills, confidence in working with numbers and the ability to link data to business and financial outcomes.
You adopt a structured, proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to look beyond individual activities and understand the broader commercial and P&L impact of pricing and trade decisions. You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields and have a good command of English, enabling effective interaction in an international context.
Your communication, negotiation and relationship skills allow you to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance and cross‑functional teams, acting as a trusted partner in driving informed and sustainable commercial decisions. Strong proficiency in Excel and presentation tools enables you to turn analysis into clear and compelling insights.
