About The Role
We are looking for an internationally experienced Executive Assistant to our CSO. This role is of the utmost importance to the success of the executive office, and the successful candidate will play a key role as right-hand to the CSO. This role is based in our Capua HQ. This is a unique opportunity for exposure to the international business landscape at the highest level.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make the role their own, through the development of processes and systems that allow the office to run more efficiently. If you are extremely organized, professional, curious, and proactive, this is the role for you!
- Acting as the single point of contact and right hand to the CSO managing and coordinating a busy and complex schedule, ensuring that all business and personal commitments are accounted for and well-coordinated.
- Serve as a liaison of CSOs office for internal stakeholders across our global sales network.
- Coordinating to schedule meetings and develop relationships with dealers and representatives.
- Constant contact with the sales network and their support teams, with gold standard communication skills expected at all times
- Have a clear understanding of internal and external priorities and initiatives, to enable appropriate prioritization and scheduling.
- Travel with CSO team for key events (1-2 times per year)
- Maintaining confidentiality across all work is a crucial aspect of this role
- Maintaining CSO’s contact list via CRM system
- We prefer a candidate with previous work experience in an international environment as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar, but if you have the ambition and skillset to fulfill the outlined responsibilities, please apply!

- World class organizational, project management, and administrative skills to support a fast-paced executive office
- Flexible, emotionally intelligent, discreet, reliable, and comfortable handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, in particular MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
