** RECEPTIONIST/FRONT OFFICE

* Primary Responsibilities:
** We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver exceptional front-of-house and reception services directly to our clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a dynamic office environment.

* Key Duties:
**** Reception and Customer Service:*
* • Deliver comprehensive reception services with professionalism, dedication, and courtesy at all times
• Manage and respond promptly to client and customer requirements, ensuring exceptional support standards
• Proactively anticipate, welcome, and announce visitor arrivals with a warm, professional approach
• Oversee visitor access card management and registration processes
• Handle all telephone inquiries (both internal and external) with efficiency and professionalism
** Communication and Administrative Support:*
* • Distribute calls throughout the building, take accurate messages when required, and promptly email relevant team members
• Process courier deliveries, postal services, and collections systematically
• Maintain reception areas in pristine condition, creating a welcoming environment
• Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Coordinate taxi bookings in accordance with client policies and procedures
** Operational Excellence:*
* • Ensure all activities comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Manage client requests through established ticketing systems
• Provide event support as required
• Handle package and correspondence distribution efficiently
• Oversee receipt, processing, registration, and storage of office supplies
• Manage office supplies inventory and warehouse operations
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and scheduling
** Additional Responsibilities:*
* • In exceptional circumstances, provide support with ad hoc duties as required by the client

* Working Hours:
** Part-time position - 25 hours per week (alternating shifts: 9:00-14:00 / 13:00-18:00 throughout the week)
