We are looking for an Executive Assistant to partner closely with three members of our Executive Leadership Team. This role is critical in ensuring our executives remain focused, organized, and effective. You’ll be the trusted point of contact, managing professional and personal priorities, and acting as an extension of your executives in every sense.
Responsibilities- Provide complex calendar and scheduling management.
- Maintain and manage a shared to-do list with your executives, proactively tracking progress and accountability.
- Track, prepare, and submit expense reports.
- Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel logistics.
- Support recurring team meetings, including agenda preparation, deck creation, and high-level follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members across all levels of the organization as well as key external stakeholders.
- Jump in on project support where needed, providing flexible and hands‑on assistance.
- 3+ years of experience supporting executives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Italian.
- A track record of super‑diligence and attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate needs, generate options, and go the extra mile in execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with discretion in managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Comfort with and adaptability to tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
