Overview
Alive Dx is recruiting for a field-based Sales Representative to join the Commercial Sales team based across the UK. The role is a full-time permanent position working flexible working hours.

Q®, one of the first multiplexing and multimodality automated testing platforms, are designed to make labs more efficient and clinical decision‑making more effective. The company began as Alba Bioscience, later Quotient, and today operates as Alive Dx.
- Prospect for new business opportunities on the assigned territory while using product knowledge to gain a competitive advantage.
- Identify all key potential customers in the territory and accurately size their Autoimmunity & allergy activity in terms of tests performed, volumes, systems/technology used, pricing, and contractual timeframe.
- Develop a strong understanding and utilization of strategic account management tools and the sales process.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets as defined by the sales and marketing strategy.
- Provide core product knowledge and support both pre- and post-tender.
- Prepare pricing for quotes by utilizing cost models, illustrations, bids, contract extensions, contract modifications, and tenders in the territory, following regional pricing policies, marketing strategy, and product knowledge.
- Relevant education to degree standard or equivalent in biology, chemistry, lab medicine sciences, or other related disciplines.
- Proven sales success in the IVD, medical devices, and/or diagnostic industry.
- Strategic account management experience with strong influencing skills across hierarchical structures.
- Demonstrated success in competitive sales environments and tender processes.
- Proficient in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to travel regularly across the UK with some European travel required.
