An established legal firm based in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to manage a comprehensive caseload within a respected and supportive firm.

• Communicate with other legal firms and banks regarding conveyancing transactions.
• Take instructions from clients and maintain a client-focused approach, always working in the best interest of the client.
• Draft, collate, and send supporting legal and financial documents.
• Handle the financial elements of transactions, including receiving and reviewing mortgage instructions from lenders.
• Oversee the entire conveyancing process from start to finish.
• Complete the registration of deeds efficiently and accurately.

• Previous experience as a Paralegal in Scottish Residential Conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in working with case management systems.
• Strong skills in drafting legal documentation.
• A Paralegal qualification is ideal, though not essential.
