This vacancy, the result of the current incumbent moving jobs for career progression will report into the head of finance and will work within a small finance team 5 days per week in the office.

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the head of finance to free up their time to deliver on a number of projects and process improvements to aid efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. The role holder will be accountable for the day-to-day tasks of the finance function with a focus on the payables side of the function.

• Using the companies ERP system, you will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices.
• Oversight and maintenance of the supplier ledger ensuring that reconciliations are completed and that payment runs are made within internal policies.
