The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent vision systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise lights the path to innovation, safety and styling.

• Salary: $21.00–$23.00/Hour
• Assist engineers in developing and defining concepts and manufacturing processes for all new product introductions and product enhancement programs using advanced engineering techniques.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing innovative, cost‑effective, safe manufacturing processes and techniques which will improve the effectiveness of the manufacturing operations and business systems.
• Ensure all product validation testing requirements are completed per the DVP&R.
• Assist in developing manufacturing planning, initial tooling requirements and costs, capability requirements, control plans, and assessments, which facilitate the definition and specification of the manufacturing processes.
• Serve as a resource for cause‑effect analysis, investigations, statistical studies and corrective action planning.
• Assist in developing and implementing manufacturing flows, work‑station layouts and organization, which optimize value‑added operations, operating costs and product/process quality.
• Comply with defined Business Management and Environmental Management Systems requirements.
• Provide support for the continuous improvement initiatives within Techform.
• Provide support in the attainment of Techform's operating system goals as outlined by the key graphs.
• Carry out all duties focusing on the goal of internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or designate.

• Enrolled in post‑secondary degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail is key.
• Ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel, 3D viewers, and PowerPoint is an asset.
