Arthrex is actively searching for a Cleaning Tech I for our Pendleton, SC manufacturing location on NIght Shift (Monday through Thursday, 7:30 pm to 6 am). MainObjective:
To clean products following Arthrex Manufacturing, Inc. processes and procedures ensuring superior quality is delivered to internal and external customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Performs In-Process Cleaning and Passivation of products and components in accordance of work instructions
- Performs terminal cleaning and daily housekeeping utilizing various cleaning and disinfecting agents
- Completes necessary documentation with accuracy and minimal errors
- Follows and executes work instructions with minimal errors
- Notifies Crew Coordinator or Supervisor of and safety or production issues
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience related to assembly, cleaning and/or passivation and/or preferred
- The ability to perform written tasks by reading, understanding and following work instructions provided
- Use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) as required
- Ability to work independently when necessary
- Proper use of Good Documentation Practice (GMP)
Skills:
Comprehension is required to perform the following operations / tasks;
Crest COC9, Crest Ultrasonic parts washers, DURR Ecocore parts washer and the occasional operation of the specific equipment as trained and assigned
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
Vision Requirements:Visual acuity necessary to do the job safely and effectively.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
