Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Work with patients in the clinic setting to perform evaluation and management of sub-acute and chronic illnesses. The role of the FNP/Hem/Onc is to provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management in wellness promotion.

Required

Education:

Graduation from an approved nurse practitioner program.

Required Licensure and

Certifications:

Current Oregon State Licensure as FNP

Required Minimum

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of clinic practices, use of equipment in clinic setting, and diagnosing. Skill in communicating to patients and the families or caregivers. Ability to write and or dictate reports and correspondence
