About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Student Recruitment Advisor to join our Recruitment and Admissions team. This role plays a key part in attracting, advising, and enrolling prospective students across our college group, helping them make informed decisions about their future education and career pathways.

You will be a confident communicator who enjoys working with young people, parents/carers, and stakeholders, and you are passionate about widening participation and promoting educational opportunities.

• Attract and advise prospective students across the college group.
• Support enrollment processes to help students make informed decisions about their education and career pathways.
• Engage with students, families, and partners to promote educational opportunities and widen participation.

• Generous terms and conditions including 13 weeks not in college (195 days in College).
• 2.30pm finish on Fridays, on-site parking, and wellbeing resources and benefit schemes including 3 staff wellbeing days per year.
