Permit Declarant​/Freight Officer​/Freight Coordinator; East​/Import​/Export

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Permit Declarant/ Freight Officer/ Freight Coordinator (Permit Declaration/Documentations) to liaise with shipping, freight forwarded and suppliers. You will be responsible to declare permits and handle shipping documentations. You also responsibility for client’s inquiry such as track and trace shipments. In charge for administration matters relating to the Air and Sea operation set up.

• To liaise with freight forwarded, shipping and suppliers.
• Responsible to declare permits and handle shipping documentations.
• Responsibility for client’s inquiry such as track and trace shipments
• In charge for administration matters relating to the Air and Sea operation set up.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

• Min Diploma in logistics, engineering or business or others related field
• At least 0-1 years role or hands on operations experience / relevant airfreight experience
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Words, Port Net/ Tradenet and inventory system
• Proficient in handling shipping documents
• Have customer service skills.
