Shift: Monday – Friday (40 hours) – NO ON CALL ROTA

My client, a respected independent specialist in industrial door systems, is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Automatic Door Engineer to join the team.  This is a permanent, field-based role offering consistent work, a local patch, and the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities in your new Automatic Door Engineer role
Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance to a range of automatic doors, gates, barriers and roller shutters
Assist with small installation projects
Deliver safe and compliant work in line with industry standards

What you’ll need in your new Automatic Door Engineer role
Experience working with automatic doors, gates and barriers and a willingness to occasionally work on roller shutters
A willingness to broaden your knowledge into new product areas
Full UK driving licence
NVQ or equivalent qualification is beneficial
