Store Manager - Mandarin

About the Role

Yi Hui Tea is seeking a responsible and dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our upcoming store in Singapore. We hope you enjoy beverage preparation, are detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Manage inventory, including stock in/out and supplier orders
• Record and analyze daily sales, ensuring accuracy of reports
• Oversee daily store operations, such as staff scheduling and cleanliness
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
• Train and supervise staff to maintain service quality and consistency
• Participate in beverage preparation to uphold product standards

• Prior experience in F&B or retail management preferred
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation (tea, coffee, etc.)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit
