About the Role

• Prepare high-quality tea, coffee, and specialty beverages according to company standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and overall product quality
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Maintain daily store cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards
• Assist with stock refill, inventory checks, and basic store operations
• Support opening and closing procedures as required
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Experience in F&B, cafés, or beverage preparation preferred
• Basic knowledge of tea or coffee preparation is an advantage
• Friendly, positive, and strong team player
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and customer-service mindset
