Site Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining IT systems, monitoring and updating IP configurations, and performing on-site equipment installation, testing, and commissioning. You will also troubleshoot technical issues related to company products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and collaboration with internal teams.

• Install and maintain IT systems on site.
• Monitor and update IP configurations; perform on-site equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to company products; collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide site supervision with leadership, coordination with stakeholders and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and report on project progress.

• Minimum Ni‑tec or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or Security Systems Integration (or equivalent).
• 1 year of similar work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
• Own transportation to site is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
