Trademark Executive

About Your Role

As our newest Trademark Associate/Executive in our Singapore office, you will primarily support trademark matters across international markets and various jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate handling of filings, correspondence, and prosecution processes.

• Portfolios management strategy, trademark prosecution matters, including oppositions and other contentious matters within the Asia jurisdiction.
• Conducting clearance searches, advising on filing strategies
• Responding to examination reports
• Coordinating filings across multiple jurisdictions
• Monitoring and tracking crucial deadlines
• Performing general administrative duties, maintaining internal records

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar trademark role is preferred. Candidates with legal secretary or administrative backgrounds in IP will also be considered.
• Able to handle high volumes of workload with good time management.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be highly advantageous, to conduct minor translations and similar scopes of work.
