Content Designer (1-Year Contract)
We are looking for an experienced Content Designer to join our product teams on a 1-year contract. You will play a key role in crafting clear, human-centred product content that supports authentication, consent, and recovery journeys across mobile and web platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of design, policy, and technology — shaping trusted digital experiences used by millions.
What You’ll Do- Craft clear, human microcopy across app and web journeys (e.g. authentication, consent, account recovery)
- Translate complex security and policy requirements into simple, everyday language
- Design system messaging including error states, security prompts, notifications and alerts
- Improve knowledge base articles and align support content with in-product messaging
- Partner closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and Customer Support teams
- Contribute to tone, voice and content standards across the ecosystem
- Design for trust, clarity and user confidence in sensitive workflows
- 4–7+ years of experience in content design, UX writing or product content
- Experience working on digital products (mobile apps and/or web platforms)
- Strong UX writing and microcopy craft
- Proven ability to simplify technical, policy-driven or security-heavy concepts
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams within agile environments
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working within design tools such as Figma
- Understanding of designing for trust, clarity and user confidence
- Background in fintech, payments, digital identity, cybersecurity or other regulated environments
- Prior experience designing authentication, onboarding, consent or trust-sensitive workflows
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive language practices
You’ll help shape how users experience trust and security in everyday digital interactions.
If you’re passionate about clarity, trust, and designing content that truly serves people — we’d love to hear from you.
