Require SAP Real Estate (RE-FX) Consultant who has strong functional expertise in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) and hands-on experience in full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and/or support engagements. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, understanding real estate processes, and configuring SAP RE-FX to meet business needs.

• Lead or support implementation and roll-out of SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to real estate contracts, lease-in/lease-out processes, property management, and asset accounting integration.
• Configure RE-FX components including master data (buildings, contracts, usage objects), lease accounting, valuation rules (IFRS
  16 / ASC
  842), and integration with SAP FI, CO, and AA modules.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS
  16 / ASC
  842 leasing standards within RE-FX. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PS, PM, etc.) to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and create user documentation for end-users and business stakeholders.
• Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve defects. Provide post-go-live support and enhancements as required.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant with at least 2+ full-cycle SAP RE-FX implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) processes.
• Experience with IFRS
  16 / ASC
  842 compliance and leasing scenarios (finance vs. operating leases).
• Strong understanding of integration points with FI, AA, CO, PM, and Controlling Areas.
• Proficient in customizing contracts, valuation rules, conditions, and master data.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA RE-FX environment.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and SAP BTP extensions for real estate.
• SAP Certification in RE-FX or S/4
  
  HANA Finance is s plus.
• Exposure to Singapore Real Estate sector / corporate real estate / retail leasing domain is desirable.
