UX​/UI Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design and enhance user experiences across our digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of visual design, user empathy, and a passion for creating intuitive interfaces that align with both user needs and business goals.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience goals and interface requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and interactive components for consistency.
• Ensure all designs are userกล friend, accessible, and aligned with brand identity.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.

• Diploma or Degreeանին Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UX/UI design or equivalent role.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and creative problem-solving.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a MUST.)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients).

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Knowledge of UX research methods and analytics tools.
