SAP S​/HANA Authorisation Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4

HANA Authorization Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP security, authorization troubleshooting, and Fiori access management.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP authorization tools, strong client-facing capabilities, and the ability to collaborate closely with business and project teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management across the SAP S/4 landscape.

• Strong SAP S/4 Authorization expertise (PFCG, STAUTHTRACE, SU53, SUIM, and related tools)
• Experience managing and supporting SAP Fiori security and access
• Strong client-facing experience, capable of engaging business end users and stakeholders effectively

• Authorization Management & Issue Resolution:
  Collaborate with business and project teams to investigate and resolve SAP S/4
  
  HANA and SAP Fiori authorization issues; identify root causes, propose effective solutions, and ensure authorization setups support operational needs.
• Security & Technical Support:
  Work closely with functional teams and business users to deliver technical expertise on SAP authorization and security setup; support design and maintenance of authorization roles, profiles, and access controls in alignment with project requirements.
• Security Planning & Compliance:
  Develop, document, and maintain SAP security plans aligned with client processes, standards, and the principle of least privilege; ensure adherence to security controls, audit requirements, and governance frameworks.
• User Access Management:
  Handle day-to-day user access requests, role assignments, and access reviews across SAP S/4
  
  HANA and Fiori applications; ensure accurate provisioning, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of access-related incidents.

• Proven experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA Authorization and SAP Security.
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as PFCG, STAUTHTRACE, SU53, SUIM, and related troubleshooting utilities.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP Fiori authorization and tile access issues.
• Strong stakeholder and business end-user communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in user access management and security documentation.
