What you'll be doing
- Prepare, validate, and consolidate HR datasets to support reporting, analytics, and workforce insights
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems and databases - Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and automated reports to monitor HR service performance, SLA metrics, and incident trends
- Analyse HR operational data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support HR digitalisation initiatives by improving data workflows, reporting tools, and system utilisation
- Coordinate HR operational administration including project tracking, documentation, team meeting coordination, and tracking of divisional IT assets and resources
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve data-driven decision making and operational efficiency
- Support HR transformation initiatives and ad-hoc projects related to HR systems, analytics, and process optimisation
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR data support
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data validation) for data consolidation and reporting
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) or data management tools would be an advantage
- Experience in handling datasets, preparing reports, or supporting dashboards for operational tracking
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and well‑organised data records
- Good organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple reports, trackers, and administrative tasks
- Comfortable working with digital tools and interested in data‑driven HR operations and process improvements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills when working with HR stakeholders and internal teams
