HR Senior​/Manager; Manpower & Engagement - Healthcare

What you'll be doing

• Strategise and manage manpower planning, recruitment, and retention to maintain optimal staffing levels across departments
• Lead the HR team, providing guidance on complex HR matters, performance management, and professional development
• Oversee payroll and pay administration, ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements
• Manage training and development initiatives, including Learning Needs Analysis, training records, and approval processes
• Act as the HRIS administrator for accurate and efficient system usage
• Drive staff engagement and wellness programmes, monitoring metrics and improving initiatives based on feedback
• Serve as the main point of contact for HR administration and collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with organisational goals

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related studies
• 6 - 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role in healthcare
• Demonstrated experience leading HR teams, including mentoring, performance management, and professional development
• Hands‑on experience in manpower planning, recruitment, payroll administration, training & development, and HRIS management
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, employment laws, and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with digital HR tools and platforms, including HRIS, e‑learning systems, and data analytics for workforce insights
• Proven ability to drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives to organisational goals and operational priorities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills
