HR Executive, Talent Development - Healthcare Scholarships

What you'll be doing

• Manage the administration and implementation of healthcare scholarships and pre‑service sponsorship programmes
• Coordinate with educational institutions for scholarship roadshows, talks, Healthcare Scholarship Fair, and related events
• Support scholarship selection processes, including candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, placement projection, allocation, and tracking
• Work closely with institutional HR teams to ensure a smooth on‑site interview and onboarding experience for candidates
• Support publicity and outreach efforts on the Bright Sparks platform and manage funding charge‑out processes
• Act as the key liaison between institutions for scholarship, sponsorship

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in HR administration, healthcare, education, or public sector environments is advantageous
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple programmes and timelines
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and simple reporting
• Ability to maintain accurate records and databases for scholarships and sponsorship programmes
• Comfortable with data consolidation and updates across multiple stakeholders
