We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Management Trainee. You will be trained end-to-end in recruitment consulting, covering candidate sourcing, client support, and recruitment operations.

• Source, screen and interview candidates
• Match candidates to suitable job opportunities
• Coordinate interviews and offers
• Support client recruitment needs and job postings
• Maintain candidate and client records
• Assist in recruitment campaigns and market research

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
