Sales Coordinator

Key Duties

• Provide sales and administrative support to recruitment consultants, including coordination of job orders, candidate profiles, and client requirements.
• Liaise with clients and candidates to schedule interviews, follow up on hiring progress, and support placement activities.
• Prepare and manage recruitment‑related documents such as quotations, service agreements, LOAs, and offer letters.
• Maintain accurate records, sales reports, and recruitment data in internal systems in compliance with company policies and MCF requirements.

• Experience in sales coordination, recruitment support, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
