We are seeking passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapists to join our team supporting children across THKMC's early childhood and developmental programmes
, including but not limited to EIPIC, DS-LS
, and our dedicated paediatric centres,

As part of THK Therapy Services
, you will work alongside families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to empower children in developing functional independence and meaningful participation in daily life.

Therapists may be deployed across centre-based or community-based paediatric programmes depending on organisational needs.

• Conduct assessments and provide goal-directed occupational therapy interventions for children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and team members in designing and implementing Individualised Intervention Plans (IIPs).
• Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in classroom, centre-based, or community settings.
• Provide home programmes and caregiver training to support the child's development beyond therapy sessions.
• Participate, where applicable, in multidisciplinary case discussions to support holistic care planning for the child.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
• Passion for working with children and their families.
• Experience in paediatric occupational therapy, early childhood intervention, or special education settings (e.g., EIPIC, DS-LS, SPED) is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in paediatrics are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, with a proactive and positive work ethic.
