We are seeking a Beauty Operations Supervisor / Beauty Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty salon.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of the beauty centre to ensure smooth workflow and service quality.
- Supervise, train and guide beauticians and front-line staff.
- Assist in staff training and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance and basic performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and service standards.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery when required.
