STAGE MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

Responsible for
overseeing all technical aspects of live performances on the club stage, including coordinating lighting, sound, stage set-up, and performer transitions, ensuring smooth and visually engaging shows while maintaining the club's overall atmosphere and adhering to safety regulations
.

Key responsibilities:

• Technical Coordination: Managing and cueing lighting systems to match the mood and energy of each performance.
  Operating sound boards to adjust audio levels for performers and the audience.
  Coordinating stage set-up and breakdown for different acts, including props and backdrops.
  Liaising with the sound engineer and lighting technicians to execute technical cues accurately.
• Performance Scheduling: Maintaining a schedule for performers, including stage times, transitions, and breaks.
  Communicating with performers and their management regarding stage requirements and technical specifications.
  Coordinating with the club management to ensure smooth flow of entertainment throughout the night.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols on stage, including equipment checks and emergency procedures.
  Monitoring stage conditions to identify potential hazards and address them promptly.
  Adhering to all relevant licensing and regulatory requirements for live performances.
