Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide first-line support to users via phone, email, and chatbot. The role involves responding to public-facing inquiries, resolving issues, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Perform outbound calls to users who leave callbacks.
• Provide first call resolution to users contacting the public-facing hotline, advising on issues.
• Liaise with other support teams or product teams to resolve user requests and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents.
• Handle emails and responses as assigned by the team leader.
• Respond to user inquiries via the Chatbot platform.
• Manage high-volume customer interactions and remain professional under pressure.
• Follow all operational procedures and service standards to maintain quality service delivery.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, helpdesk, or call center environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism when dealing with public queries.
• Proficiency in using support tools, ticketing systems, and chat platforms.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
