What you would doJob Description
As an Events Executive, you will own the end‑to‑end execution of our Singles events - from initial concept to the final execution. You’ll be the welcoming face at our events, and the person ensuring that all details are in place for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Job Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute singles events, ensuring smooth operations from concept to post‑event, this includes on‑site hosting of events
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders such as our marketing team to promote events, contribute creative ideas, and ensure effective outreach
- Logistics coordination to manage venues, materials, vendors, schedules, and staffing needs.
- Oversee sign ups, monitor gender ratios, and maintain a balanced, engaging participant mix
- Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities to support event initiatives and brand partnerships
- Take ownership of event budget and P&L, controlling costs while ensuring profitability
- Lead management of part‑time staff assisting with event admin and on‑the‑day operations
- At least 2 years of proven experience in events coordination
- Strong organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging diverse groups
- Comfortable with working on evening or weekends, when events are scheduled
- Basic budgeting or P&L management experience is a plus
