Quantity Surveyor - JL

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support project and contract administration functions within a construction-related environment.

• Review and verify consultants’ inputs in Variation Order (VO) forms for accuracy and completeness

• Check consultants’ submissions against established checklists and requirements

• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of all variation orders received

• Review and verify payment supporting documents prior to submission for Goods Receipt processing

• Conduct detailed assessments of consultants’
  variation submissions before routing for workflow approval

• Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned

• Proficient in English
  , both written and spoken

• Quantity Surveying-related qualification or relevant working experience in construction or contract administration

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work systematically with documentation

• Familiarity with construction processes, contracts, or project documentation will be an advantage
