We are a law firm looking for a business development executive.
We are a commercially-based law firm so you will be expected to build credibility quickly with founders, CFOs, COOs, HR managers, and business owners, and to translate legal services into simple, purchase-ready products.
We do have a product but the overall mandate will be to build the brand of the firm, one meeting/presentation at a time.

- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals (B2B preferred).
- Comfortable speaking to business owners and senior decision‑makers.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commercial instincts: you understand pricing, value, urgency, and buyer psychology.
- High personal standards: you take ownership and follow through.
- Organized and systematic: you can run a pipeline and hit targets consistently.
- Some legal exposure: legally‑trained, paralegal background, in‑house experience, or prior work selling legal / professional services.
- Familiarity with corporate agreements and common SME legal problems.
- Prior experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or selling subscriptions/retainers.
- Existing network among SMEs, founders, HR professionals, business operators, or finance leaders.
- Explain our packages confidently and accurately.
- Run discovery calls independently and recommend packages appropriately.
- Build a consistent outbound motion (e.g., X outreach messages/day, Y calls/week).
- Convert early clients into repeat work and/or monthly retainer support.
- Provide structured feedback to improve the offering and client journey.
- Qualified leads generated per month.
- Discovery calls booked and completed.
- Proposals issued and conversion rate.
- Revenue closed (fixed-price + retainer).
- Retainer renewals and repeat work.
- Pipeline accuracy and follow‑through discipline.
- A real chance to build something meaningful.

- Training on the product, service scope, and how we position corporate legal solutions.

We are open to structuring compensation as
- Base salary + commission, or
- Base salary + bonus tied to revenue, with clear targets and reporting.
