HR Officer; L&D & Project Administration

What you ll be doing

• Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for HR leadership teams

• Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports, presentations, and manpower planning documents

• Assist in processing professional applications, funding claims, and compliance records

• Provide administrative support for learning & development programmes, including course coordination, logistics, and analytics

• Support HR projects such as contingent workforce management and career fairs

• Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and SharePoint resources

• Assist in organising HR events, training, and employee engagement initiatives

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data, reports, and administrative processes

• Diploma in Human Resource

• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, project support, or coordination

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SharePoint is an advantage

• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
