Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Food & Beverage Administrative Manager to oversee and streamline the administrative operations of our F&B department. This role ensures smooth coordination across outlets, accurate reporting, and supports management in driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all administrative functions within the Food & Beverage department to ensure operational excellence across outlets
  • Coordinate communication and reporting between F&B outlets and management to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Prepare timely management reports, sales summaries, and operational documentation to support business insights and performance tracking
  • Support HR processes by maintaining accurate staff records, scheduling shifts, and managing training documentation to enhance workforce readiness
  • Oversee administrative aspects of purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory reporting to optimize resource management
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to uphold operational standards and legal obligations
Required competencies and certifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B operations or administration, preferably in hospitality or club environments
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Effective communication skills applied to coordinate cross-functional teams and reporting

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office used to produce reports and manage administrative tasks

    Professionalism and attention to detail to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative functions
