Job Summary

You will manage comprehensive financial and administrative operations to support EMLO Architects’ business functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with GST requirements, and efficient payroll processing. You will also maintain project and client data to facilitate billing and project tracking.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile monthly banking statements with invoices and payment vouchers to ensure financial accuracy and integrity
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain timely and accurate financial transactions
  • Handle GST reporting and prepare supporting documentation to ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Prepare and execute monthly payroll while maintaining accurate payroll records to support employee compensation processes
  • Update and maintain client and project data sheets to enable effective tracking of billing and project references
  • Prepare financial reports and statements to provide clear insights into financial performance
  • Prepare and submit quotations and fee proposals to support business development
  • Provide general administrative support to maintain smooth office operations and assist with office maintenance tasks
  • Perform any other office-related administrative tasks and adhoc duties as assigned to support organizational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, GST, and accounting processes
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working knowledge and experience
  • Strong team collaboration skills demonstrated through effective interpersonal communication
  • This role suits someone who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing day‑to‑day operational tasks independently while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
