Sustainability & Quality Executive; Shipping), Singapore

We are partnering with a reputable shipowner to hire an Executive to support the Sustainability, Quality & Vetting team in the implementation, communication, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s management systems across the fleet.

• Monitor vessel schedules and arrange external ISM, ISPS, SQE audits and Green Award activities
• Process Document Change Requests for company manuals and communicate updates to office and vessels
• Maintain and periodically update SSP, SOPEP & PCSOPEP documentation
• Prepare ISM/ISPS/MLC documentation for vessel takeovers
• Coordinate Management Review meetings and prepare minutes
• Schedule and monitor monthly Unannounced Alcohol Tests (UAT) and OWS verification checks
• Maintain the company’s technical library (physical and digital)
• Check invoices and support PO issuance and approvals
• Provide administrative and operational support to the SQV department as required

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• 1–2 years of shipping industry experience or at least 1 year sailing experience
• Good understanding of marine operations and regulatory processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional email communication
• Able to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
